Position: Customer Support Experience: 1.5 Years Location: Kolkata (Work From Office) Working hrs: Monday- Saturday(11 am- 7pm) Key Responsibilities : Communication: Interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address their needs. Problem Solving: Resolving customer issues, providing solutions, and escalating complex cases to appropriate departments. Information: Providing accurate product and service information, and assisting customers in using features. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Feedback: Collecting customer feedback and reporting on trends and issues. Essential Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to effectively identify and resolve customer issues. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
