Customer Success Specialist

As an inside sales representative, your role involves prospecting and lead generation by identifying and engaging potential IT customers. You will conduct sales presentations virtually, including product demos, to showcase our offerings. Building and maintaining customer relationships is crucial, along with meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. It is essential to stay updated on company products/services and IT industry trends, collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams for successful deal closures. Additionally, providing regular sales activity and pipeline updates is part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates currently residing in Trivandrum with prior inside sales experience, preferably in IT/tech sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a good understanding of IT products/services. A proactive approach, self-motivation, and target-driven work ethic are highly valued. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and strong problem-solving abilities are beneficial. Qualifications: - Education: Post Graduate/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Experience: 2-8 years of sales experience, with inside sales preferred - Certifications: Relevant IT sales certifications would be a plus.,
