Customer Success Specialist

Role Overview: As a CSS at our company, you will be responsible for owning the overall relationship with assigned clients. This includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your objective will be to drive customer adoption by meeting upsell/cross-sell targets and establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to enhance the value of our products and services. You will also work on developing customer success strategies and best practices while effectively communicating with both internal and external senior-level management. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport, identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them. - Review the customer journey, take a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals, and facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members. - Collaborate, problem solve, and strategize upcoming client meetings with team members, and prepare necessary documentation or visuals for clients to demonstrate campaign performance. - Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references, develop case studies, testimonials, and other required marketing materials. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success. - Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills. - Analytical and process-oriented mindset, comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment. - Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
