Role Overview We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Customer Care Executive who can lead with warmth, clarity, and confidence while maintaining the premium tone of NeoPalms. The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion or lifestyle sectors, possess strong communication skills with a professional accent, and be capable of independently managing post-sales customer experiences. This role is perfect for someone who not only understands fabrics and fits but also knows how to manage customer journeys with elegance and efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesBe the primary point of contact for all customer interactions via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Provide accurate information about products, sizing, fabrics, and styling to guide customers effectively. Manage order updates, exchange/return processes, and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy. Maintain and organize customer records, queries, and feedback using CRM tools and spreadsheets. Independently develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to streamline customer service workflows. Maintain and update Excel sheets with order data, customer notes, and follow-ups with precision. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and design) to ensure timely resolution and elevated service delivery. Requirements1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi with a polished, professional tone. Fashion background or prior work in the apparel or lifestyle sector is highly preferred. Basic knowledge of fabrics, fit styles, and menswear product categories. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Proven ability to create and manage internal SOPs and improve service efficiency. Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Preferred TraitsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a refined and courteous accent. Ability to manage premium clientele with empathy, discretion, and promptness.
