Sales Executive - Rarekind Labs Full-time | On-site | Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM | Gurgaon Rarekind Labs is a premium creative agency under Maloka, working with brands, founders, and creators to produce impactful video content, creative campaigns, and original IPs. We’re hiring a Sales Executive who’s sharp, proactive, and deeply plugged into the creative and brand ecosystem. You should enjoy building genuine relationships, pitching with clarity, and closing deals that feel aligned. This is a role for someone who thrives in conversations, knows how to build trust, and brings a strong sense of ownership. Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including brands, founders, creators, and agencies Attend key events, meetups, and industry gatherings to generate qualified leads Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from first pitch to deal closure Collaborate with the creative team to prepare custom pitch decks, proposals, and pricing structures Maintain and grow client relationships with consistent communication and support Track performance through CRM tools and manage follow-ups and reporting Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing in a creative, media, or agency environment Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, warm presence Understanding of branding, content production, and creative services Ability to create tailored pitch decks and handle objections with clarity Well-connected within communities, events, and networks that align with Rarekind’s vision Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-ownership setup Show more Show less
