Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Product Demonstrations:
Conduct live and virtual product demos for prospects and customers across our platforms.
Customer Onboarding & Enablement:
Guide users through initial setup, answer product usage questions, and proactively support their success.
User Support & Feedback Loop:
Identify pain points, document issues, and work closely with the technical team to ensure quick resolutions.
Content Creation:
Create explainer videos, tutorials, walkthroughs, and guides to make product usage easier and engaging.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a bridge between customers, the sales team, and the development team to ensure alignment.
Product Evangelism:
Represent the brand in customer conversations and support initiatives to drive product adoption and satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills—both verbal and written in English.
1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Product Support, or Sales Enablement.
Comfortable appearing in and creating video content.
Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to understand and explain software products clearly.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
