Customer Relationship Executive

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions (calls, emails, chats).
• Understand client needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Resolve customer issues, track feedback, and follow up until closure.
• Promote new products/services and help drive customer engagement and retention.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer conversations using CRM tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum

  6 months of experience

  in a customer-facing role (Customer Service/Support/Success).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• A team player with a customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
