🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Engage

  with

  customers

  via calls & emails to understand their needs.
• Conduct

  product demos

  and explain features clearly.
• Handle

  client support resolve customer queries

  , doubts, and issues promptly.
• Ensure

  smooth onboarding

  and customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback and coordinate with internal teams for improvements.
• Maintain client records and follow-ups.

💡 What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (must)

• 1+ year

  experience

  in B2B SaaS Sales / Customer Success
• Strong relationship-building & presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
