We’re Hiring: AI-ML Engineer (3–5 Years Experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Architect and implement
multi-agent AI systems
using CrewAI & LangChain
Develop autonomous agents for decision-making, task delegation & inter-agent communication
Design & run
A/B testing
Create dashboards to track KPIs, agent interactions & progress
Optimize systems for
scalability, reliability, and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams & mentor engineers on advanced AI tools
Stay updated on the latest in
LLMs, LangChain, CrewAI, and multi-agent frameworks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s (4 Years) / Master’s Degree.
3+ years
in
AI/ML development
(multi-agent systems/logistics preferred)
Hands-on with
CrewAI, LangChain, LLM-based chatbots, RAG systems
Proficiency in
Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch
Experience with
A/B testing, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes.
