Job Description

This role is for one of our clients in Business Development at the Associate level with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The location for this full-time position is in Bengaluru and Pune. We are currently seeking a Customer Success Consultant who will take charge of the post-onboarding client journey. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every engagement progresses smoothly, achieves measurable results, and enhances the trust of our clients in our services. This role goes beyond account management; you will serve as a strategic partner for clients seeking guidance, clarity, and growth opportunities. Your main role will be to act as a liaison between our clients and our internal creative, media, and analytics teams. This involves aligning expectations, streamlining processes, and ensuring that deliverables consistently surpass expectations. If you excel in fast-paced environments, are highly organized, and can transform creative ideas into operational excellence, then this is the perfect role for you. **What You'll Do:** **Client Relationship Ownership** - Be the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding. - Understand each client's business objectives and ensure that deliverables directly contribute to achieving them. - Conduct regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and strategic discussions. - Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and potential risks to client retention. **Process & Playbook Development** - Establish scalable processes for client success and delivery. - Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and feedback systems to maintain consistency and quality. - Collaborate cross-functionally to incorporate client feedback into workflows. **Project & Delivery Coordination** - Supervise timelines, task assignments, and dependencies across multiple projects. - Monitor deliverables and provide proactive updates on progress to stakeholders. - Identify risks, scope changes, or obstacles before they affect delivery. **What You'll Bring:** - 2-4 years of experience in a creative or digital marketing agency setting. - Demonstrated capability to manage multiple client accounts with diverse requirements. - Strong understanding of creative production and campaign lifecycles. - Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Notion, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc. - Excellent communication skills with a clear, empathetic, and confident demeanor when interacting with clients and internal teams. - Experience in performance marketing, content-driven campaigns, or both. - Track record of establishing or enhancing internal workflows and documentation. **Why You'll Love It Here:** - Autonomy and ownership right from the start. - Opportunity to contribute to shaping our client success function and processes. - Collaborate with a high-performing team that is redefining creative delivery. - Exposure to a wide range of industries, campaigns, and creative strategies. **Core Skills:** - Client Relationship Management - Project Coordination - Process Design - Communication - Marketing Workflow Knowledge,
