About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and energetic interns to join our Customer Success team. You will work closely with our customers, internal teams, and leadership to ensure a seamless experience for our clients while learning customer engagement, problem-solving, SaaS operations, and data-driven insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any graduates or students pursuing Bachelor's/Masters degrees (Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields)or MBA -HR (Any pass-out year can apply)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A customer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of SaaS products or a willingness to learn quickly.
Curiosity to work with cross-functional teams and eagerness to contribute to customer success initiatives.
Positive attitude, team player, and problem-solver.
