Customer Success Manager (AI & Automation)

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-led workflows for customer grievances, ticket resolution, abandoned cart follow-ups, feedback closure, FAQs, and post-purchase communication.
  
• Identify and automate repetitive customer support and operations tasks to improve speed, consistency, and quality of responses.
  
• Research, test, and implement AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, and automation software.
  
• Build and maintain Custom GPTs / AI assistants for SOP reference, customer support playbooks, and internal team enablement.
  
• Own end-to-end process understanding across departments and document clear, simple SOPs.
  
• Convert SOPs into AI-supported systems and ensure adoption by teams.
  
• Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, and Production teams.
  
• Act as the central owner for customer experiencerelated automation initiatives.
  
• Begin as an individual contributor, with potential to mentor and manage 1–3 Customer Support Executives over time.
