As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and success throughout their journey with Zappyhire. You will work closely with HR teams, hiring managers, and business leaders, providing hands-on support, strategic guidance, and timely value insights. This role involves independently managing renewals, delivering platform demos (including to trial customers), conducting QBRs, and presenting platform performance to key stakeholders. You ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams and will be expected to maintain deep knowledge of Zappyhire and ZappyVue capabilities to drive adoption and outcomes.
1 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Human Resources, or client-facing roles (SaaS experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
