Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Associate
Location: Saket, New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage client interactions, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls address customer queries.
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.
Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate details.
Follow-up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to customer service metrics.
Adhere to company policies, compliance, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi/regional language as per requirement).
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
