Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Prime, strong skills in Microsoft Excel, and a good understanding of GST compliance and filing.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime.

Record and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions.

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).

Generate and analyze financial reports and statements.

Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flows.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Assist with audits and internal reviews.

Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.

Maintain supporting documents and ensure proper filing and record-keeping.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting role.

Proficient in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formulas).

Solid understanding of GST laws, input credits, and filing procedures.

Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial reporting.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications: graduates

Knowledge of TDS, PF/ESI, or other statutory compliance is a plus.
