Role Overview

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the voice of the company—responsible for managing customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through timely and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and customer calls, chats, and emails professionally.
• Resolve product/service-related queries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing).
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Prior experience in customer support or a call center is an advantage but not mandatory.
