• We are looking for Customer Success Associates to join our Inbound Line of Business (LOB).
• The role involves handling inbound customer calls, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
• This position is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally in English and Hindi
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service delivery
• Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions
• Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and situation-handling skills

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi with neutral accent
• Strong customer service and analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and regulations is preferred
• Experience in domestic insurance sales or customer service is an added advantage
• Freshers to candidates with 2+ years of experience can apply

Work Details:

• Rotational shifts
• Female candidates: Day shift up to 8 PM
• Male candidates: Rotational shifts
• 6 working days per week
