Manage a team for client servicing of HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
Understand clients requirements and accordingly provide services
Strategize engagement plans for inactive customers and activate their accounts
Ensure that customers trade actively after opening the trading account
Maintaining keeping track of data, reminding clients about activities they need to do, office / operations related work, processing of data received by clients
Interfacing with operations team
Have a customer-centric approach and ensure that customers are serviced well
Will be responsible for end to end ownership of the process.
