As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving customer queries efficiently through calls. It is essential to adhere strictly to Company Policies, procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines while interacting with customers. Moreover, you will play a key role in recommending effective strategies to promote the Client's products and services, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary duty will be to deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and courteous manner consistently. Having a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the Client, you will respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Additionally, you are encouraged to think creatively and propose innovative ideas that can enhance operational efficiency, improve internal controls, and elevate customer service standards. Your contribution in suggesting improvements will be highly valued in our pursuit of excellence.,
