Customer Service Team Leader

We are hiring a Team Leader to manage our International Blended Process Customer Service team. The candidate will be responsible for team management, customer service performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
• Ensure team targets and KPIs are met consistently
• Monitor and track individual and team performance
• Motivate and engage team members to maintain high morale and productivity

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 –3 years of experience in a call centre environment
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership/supervisory role
• Proven experience as a Call Centre Team Leader or similar role
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in International Call Centre will be an added advantage
• Willingness to work in rotational day shifts.
• Qualification: HSC or Graduate (any stream)
