Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Female Customer Service Team Leader to manage and support our customer service team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to motivate and guide the team to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the customer service team to achieve performance targets.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with management.
• Train new team members on processes and communication standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or team handling role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
