Job Overview

The Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of customer service representatives to deliver high-quality support. This role involves performance management, process improvements, coaching, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and support a team of customer service executives.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure service levels and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and training refreshers.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
  • Track team performance using CRM tools, reports, and analytics.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and process compliance.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize workflow and improve customer experience.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and insights.
  • Foster a positive, productive, and growth-oriented team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service, with 1+ years in a team leader or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software, call center tools, or ticketing systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
