As a Customer Service Team Lead fluent in Tamil, you will play a crucial role in managing and mentoring a team of customer service executives to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of customer service executives. - Resolving customer queries within defined TAT and ensuring high satisfaction levels. - Conducting regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions. - Monitoring daily operations, team productivity, and SLAs. - Handling escalations and providing effective solutions. - Maintaining reports, dashboards, and process documentation. - Coordinating with internal teams for process improvements. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a team lead role. - Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and good English communication skills. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-handling abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively. - Good understanding of customer service metrics and quality standards. - Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
