We are seeking a Customer Service Store Warehouse Logistics professional to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role involves managing warehouse operations while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics or warehouse management and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing shipments in the warehouse.
Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
Assist customers with product inquiries and order processing.
Coordinate with logistics providers for timely deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
