As a Warehouse Assistant at our company located in Kalamassery, you will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations. The ideal candidate for this position should have a qualification of 10th/Plus Two. Freshers are also encouraged to apply for this full-time, permanent role. Your primary duties will include managing inventory, organizing stock, packing and labeling items, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the warehouse. You will be expected to work in day shifts at our physical work location. In addition to your regular salary ranging from 13000 to 16000, you will also be eligible for quarterly incentives, health insurance, and Provident Fund benefits. Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment. Follow safety guidelines to ensure the proper handling of goods and maintain a hazard-free workspace. Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring careful handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Preferred candidate profile Experience : 2 to 3 years Education : Any Degree Desired Skills & Experience Good interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to work effectively with other team members Should have basic knowledge of computers. Experience working with E-Com, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing or any product-based company is preferred Proficient in spoken and written English Experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar roll.
