Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist located in Pune. The Customer Service Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as answering customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include managing phone calls, addressing customer concerns, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
