Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, engineering, or a related field (Preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in customer relations, account management, or customer support roles, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.

• Strong understanding of pathology workflows and laboratory operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

• Technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.

• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for customer relationship management.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
