Customer Service Specialist

The role of Customer Service Specialist in the backend and support team of our organization is a key role in managing the company-client relationship and will be a vital part of the clients day to day interaction with our software offerings.

Expected CTC

1.8-3 lakhs per annum

Responsibilities

• Resolve critical client-end issues to ensure uninterrupted usage of our software offerings.
• Enable deeper integration of our software offerings in the daily functions of our clients.
• Provide an open and responsive communication channel for stronger client relationships.

Qualifications

• Expertise in excel and general computer related skills and a strong willingness to learn new skills is required for the role.
• Experience in SQL Database Management and all associated CRUD operations is required for the role.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem solving skills are a must.
• Past experience working in customer support and product management roles is a plus.
• Must have a bachelor's degree or above.
• Preference for individuals residing outside Delhi NCR. Accommodation will be provided as part of the total compensation.
