✅ Be the first touchpoint, ensuring a professional and positive experience for every visitor and client

✅ Handle customer queries & complaints via email, phone, and in-person with empathy and clarity

✅ Maintain accurate customer records and gather feedback for continuous service improvement

✅ Coordinate with vendors & service providers (transport, supplies, logistics)

✅ Support front desk operations – visitor management, call handling, reception duties

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues & assist in administrative tasks

✅ Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service standards

🎯 What We’re Looking For

🎓 Graduate in any discipline

💼 1–5 years of experience in customer service, front office, or client-facing roles (aviation/corporate background preferred)

🗣 Excellent communication skills & professional email etiquette

💻 Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools

🤝 Calm, empathetic, and composed under pressure

📊 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and collaborate effectively
