Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Create email IDs for new employees and manage onboarding setup (OUs, policies, licenses)
  • Handle offboarding by disabling access, wiping devices, removing groups, and managing mail forwarding
  • Manage mailbox deletions, retention, and backup/migration to shared mailboxes
  • Assign and manage Akku and Google Vault licenses for eligible users
  • Create and configure Google Groups with correct permissions
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports on joiners, leavers, storage, and other key metrics
  • Share monthly separated-user lists with RCC/RDC teams
  • Monitor inactive accounts and follow up for deactivation
  • Support email creation/separation for RV and Polytechnic institutions
  • Upload content to institutional websites and verify updates
  • Assist users with GWS features (labels, filters, access configurations)
  • Perform account locking/unlocking as required for audits
  • Support ad-hoc projects and implementation tasks
  • Handle day-to-day troubleshooting for Mail, Drive, and user access
