About the Role:

Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to convert them into confirmed service bookings.
  • Act as the communication bridge between customers and service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and lead details.
  • Ensure all service updates, customer preferences, and feedback are recorded properly.
  • Handle customer queries and follow up to ensure satisfaction post-service.
  • Generate and maintain service reports and assist in analyzing lead conversion data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service workflows and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, CRM management, or inbound sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM or lead management tools.
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
