Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues related to our dental devices as reported by doctors and dental professionals. You will serve as the primary point of contact for post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring effective device usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and efficient technical support to dental professionals (mainly doctors) using Orikam products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device functionality and performance.
• Understand and explain the features and functions of dental devices to clients.
• Respond to support queries via phone, email, video call, google meet when required.
• Coordinate with the internal product and service teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical issues resolved.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer inputs.

• Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
