Customer Service Specialist

As a Results-Driven and passionate professional with a minimum of 3 years of expertise in customer service, your main responsibilities will include receiving email requests for quotations, Purchase Orders, order changes, adjustments, cancellations, and lead times directly from customers and MML sales agents. It will be essential to achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work towards providing the best possible service. You will enter inquiries, prepare, process, and send both formal and informal quotations to customers in a timely manner. Additionally, you will need to maintain the current status, follow up, and expedite existing sales orders, ensuring that each order is audited for accuracy. Processing orders based on the given information will also be a key part of your role. You will be part of a team consisting of 8 members with a high level of experience in customer service. The basic qualifications required for this position include a Degree in B.SC CS/IT/CT, M.SC CS/IT/CT, or BCA/MCA, along with at least 3 years of expertise as a Customer Service Representative. Proficiency in MS Office is a necessary skill/certification for this role. Preferred qualifications include a degree in B.SC CS/IT/CT and skills/certification in SAP S&D.
