Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Kochi. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide support, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing phone communications, assisting customers with their needs, providing information about courses and exams, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience at MIA.
