Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Udaipur for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of phone etiquette. The role includes managing customer experience and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
