Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in New Delhi. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of service quality.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
• Strong Phone Etiquette skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience
• Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
