Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Thane. Responsibilities for the role include assisting customers via phone or in person, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role will involve handling and resolving customer issues efficiently, maintaining excellent phone etiquette, and ensuring customer satisfaction during every interaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage
