Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Agra. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Roles and Responsibility
Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms.
Ensure login and disbursement numbers meet organizational requirements.
Proactively understand customer needs and cross-sell multiple products.
Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand.
Build strong client relationships both internally and externally, and establish a strong brand identity with potential customers.

Graduate in any discipline.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be capable of building strong distribution channels and ensuring vendor empanelment.
