Roles & Responsibilities:

• Training and onboarding of students post-sales
• Delivering prompt, efficient, and friendly responses to students across various channels
• Initiating regular calls with students to track their progress
• Proactively managing the success of assigned students and identifying/developing upselling opportunities
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
• Performing tasks required to ensure customer satisfaction
• Acting as the

  customer's voice

  for Zell's internal teams and collaborating to improve products and services based on student feedback
• Cross-selling and up-selling courses offered

Who Are We Looking For

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in a customer success role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Proven experience handling challenging situations and turning them into positive outcomes
• Strong empathy for customers and a genuine passion for customer success
• Experience using omnichannel ticketing systems like

  Kapture, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow

  (preferred)
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (

  one weekend day Saturday or Sunday will be a working day
