Job Role:

Customer Service Associate

Your Responsibilities:

• Welcome every customer with a smile.
• Understand what the customer is looking for and help them find the right product.
• Tell customers about offers and promotions.
• Do billing and handle cash or card payments properly.
• Help with stock – receiving new products, checking display, and arranging them neatly.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Try to meet your sales target every day/month.
• Help solve customer problems or complaints.
• Work together with the team and follow the manager’s instructions.

Who Can Apply:

• Education:

  Minimum 12th pass. Graduates can also apply.

• Experience:

  Freshers or 0–2 years in retail sales (jewelry, clothing, footwear, etc.).

Skills Needed:

• Good communication (Hindi and basic English)

• Friendly and confident
• Basic knowledge of billing systems (can be trained)
• Willing to learn and grow

Work Timing:

• 6 days working (1 day off in a week – not on weekends)
• Must be available on weekends and holidays
• Store timings as per mall hours (shift-based)

Salary:

• Fixed salary + monthly incentives based on sales
