We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to handle client communication and support operations at Monoverse. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to manage customer queries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience or relevant experience in customer service/support.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or support tools is a plus.
• Work Type: On-site (Surat).

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience and communication skills)
