Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Helpdesk staff and manage

    daily duty rosters

    .
  • Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and service quality.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of May I Help You counters and passenger assistance at airport.
  • Support

    VIP movements

    and coordinate with airlines, CISF, and AAI.
  • Handle

    passes (AEPs)

    – issue, collect, and maintain records.
  • Maintain daily

    logbook/attendance

    and submit to AAI.
  • Assist Terminal Manager in

    passenger facilitation and terminal support

    .
  • Ensure compliance with security and service standards.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in Hospitality / Aviation / related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/hospitality/aviation.
