Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Trilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate needs to know English, Spanish and French (written and verbal) and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle diverse customer interactions professionally. We are looking at IMMEDIATE JOINER. Key Responsibilities : 1) Customer Interaction : Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone -Inbound Calls & email. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, subscriptions, policies, and procedures. 2) Issue Resolution : Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide solutions or escalate issues when necessary. Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction according to company policies. Skills and Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree /Graduate Experience : Previous customer service experience is a plus. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in SPANISH, ENGLISH and FRENCH. Problem-Solving : Strong ability to assess issues and provide effective solutions. Interpersonal Skills : Patience, empathy, and active listening. Multitasking : Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently.
