• Planning CRM strategies designed to retain existing Candidates.
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with the key candidates.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and assisting the existing candidates for smooth completion of the program.
• Answering candidate queries and dealing with complaints.
• Solving student queries in order to get the course completed in stipulated time
• Generating Business from the existing customers.
