Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer queries efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and chat queries in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products or services.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support / BPO / Call Center.
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Freshers are welcome with good communication ability.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹14,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience).
