Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly fluent English-speaking Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. This role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent support through phone, email, or chat. Candidates from a BPO background or with strong communication skills are preferred. Freshers with great spoken English and a positive attitude are also welcome!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, or chats professionally.
• Resolve queries or direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements:

• Education: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Experience:
• BPO/Call Center experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong English fluency are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
• Hindi communication is a plus.
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality.
• Basic knowledge of computers, email, and CRM tools.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4th Saturday Off)
