Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Support Associate – US ProcessLocation: Airoli, Navi MumbaiQualification (Any one):

• Graduate Freshers
• SSC + 3 Years Diploma
• HSC + 3 Years Diploma

Work Schedule:

• Shift Timing: US Shift (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM) | Any 9 hours
• Working Days: 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹18,150 (in-hand) + ₹4,000 (night allowance) = ₹22,150/month including night shift allowance
• Performance Incentives:
• ₹9,000 incentive every 3 months (based on performance)
• Additional client-based performance incentives
• Transportation:
• Home pickup & drop facility provided (within transport boundaries)

Age Criteria:

• 21 – 32 years

Interview Rounds:

• HR Screening
• Versant Test
• Operations Round

Mandatory Requirements:

• Marksheets & Passing Certificates (Education proof)
