Customer Success Associate

We are hiring Customer Success Associates to handle customer queries and provide excellent support over voice process. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries effectively
• Maintain service quality standards and meet performance targets
• Work closely with team leads and follow processes diligently

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent English & Hindi communication (Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada preferred)
• Clear pronunciation, no MTI / RTI
• Graduate in any discipline (freshers & experienced candidates welcome)
• Strong customer service orientation; sales mindset is a plus

Location:

Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office)

Compensation:

CTC ₹25,000 – ₹31,000

Work Mode & Shift:

• 6 days working
• Rotational shifts
• Day shift till 8 PM for females, rotational for males
