Hiring: Customer Success Associate – Pune  Salary: -- Fresher: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC -- Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹31,000 CTC -- Incentives up to ₹20,000+ Work Mode: Work from Office Nature of Account : Domestic Shift : Rotational (Female employees: Day shifts up to 8 PM; Male employees: Rotational shifts) Working Days : 6 days a week Location: Kharadi South Main Road, Pune Must-haves: -- Experience in sales/insurance (for experienced) -- Freshers must know any regional language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya, Assamese) Required Skillset: -- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. -- Neutral accent with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence) -- Strong command over grammar and pronunciation. -- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach. -- Sales acumen is a strong plus, especially in insurance-related roles.
