In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and advising them on suitable Health, Motor, and Life insurance products. This is an outbound voice process requiring strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls. - Understand customer requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions. - Clearly communicate product benefits, features, and pricing. - Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure a positive customer experience. - Meet and exceed assigned sales and service targets. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems. - Stay updated with insurance products, industry regulations, and company offerings. Required Skillset: - Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. - Neutral accent with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence). - Strong command over grammar and pronunciation. - Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach. - Sales acumen is a strong plus, especially in insurance-related roles. Qualifications: - Graduate from any discipline. - Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. - Candidates with prior insurance experience or a background in sales/customer service will be preferred.
